EXCURSION;
RESERVATION POLICY
To complete you reservation you must enter valid credit card information. Your credit card will be charged a deposit of 25% of
the total payment that is required to secure your reservation when you confirm your trip with us. The balance is to be paid in full
no later than 75 days prior to your arrival in Belize. If the booking is made within 30 days prior to your visit to Belize, you are
required to pay 50% of the total payment to secure your reservation when you confirm your trip with us. The balance is to be
paid no later than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If the booking is made within 15 days prior to your arrival in Belize,
you are required to make the full payment. We will obtain an imprint of your card and your signature when you get here. For
cruise passengers the balance due for your tour will be charge on a manual machine at the port from the same card. We will
not charge the balance from a different card or card holder.   
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations must be cancelled 10 days prior to your arrival date for a full refund less a 20% cancellation fee. A 50% refund for
cancellations up to 72 hours prior to arrival. No refunds will be made for cancellations under 72 hours prior to arrival date. No
refunds for no-shows, early departures, late arrivals, unused portions of meals and activities, acts of God, or circumstances
beyond the control of Experience Belize Tours Ltd.

TOUR PACKAGES;
CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT POLICY FOR TOUR PACKAGES: Prices in quotes are not final and are subject to availability.
We will send an invoice/confirmation form showing the confirmed services with the final price. Attempt to confirm any request
will be made only upon receipt of a deposit of $100.00 per person. Some products may require higher deposit amounts. Deposit
will be charged only when services are confirmed as per initial request. If services and prices are confirmed as requested and
the client cancels there will be a $25 cancellation fee per booking.
FINAL PAYMENT FOR TOUR PACKAGES: Generally, final payment is due 45 days prior to date of departure. Bookings within
45 days of departure are subject to immediate payment following confirmation. All payments for bookings within 30 days of
departure must be paid by credit card only. Our agents will advise when products require payment earlier. If a debit/ check card
is submitted by the client we are not responsible for any bank overdraft fees or any other charges that might be charged by your
bank.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS FOR TOUR PACKAGES: For a confirmed booking any change after confirmation has a fee
of $50. If the change results in a cancellation of previously confirmed services, then the following cancellation penalties will
apply. If cancellation is received in writing by Experience Belize Tours Ltd. at least 30 days prior to departure, a full refund will
be made, minus a $50.00 administrative charge plus the applicable supplier cancellation fees. For cancellations received
within 30 days of departure a 50% cancellation penalty will be imposed. No refunds will be made 7 days prior to departure.
Different cancellation penalties may apply during holiday periods. Hotels, local airlines or other suppliers may have stricter
cancellation penalties than those described above. In those cases, the customer will pay the penalties the suppliers impose to
us. Holiday or New Year's deposits are non-refundable.
ACCOMMODATIONS: All hotel descriptions reflect the most updated information provided by the property at time of printing.
Experience Belize Tours Ltd. cannot be held responsible for the condition of accommodations. There may be charges
applicable for some amenities listed in these descriptions as free, and availability may vary by season. In these instances,
Experience Belize Tours Ltd. is not responsible for any charges incurred by the traveler in utilizing such amenities and client
agrees not to make Experience Belize Tours Ltd. responsible for the availability and/or accessibility of any and all facilities and
services at time of stay. Client will notify any dissatisfaction with rooms or hotel facilities with the hotel’s management during
the passenger’s stay and will not make Experience Belize Tours Ltd. responsible for the dissatisfaction. Hotels, at times, create
overbooking conditions. In overbooking cases, compensation and arranging accommodations in another hotel is the
responsibility of the hotel and passengers must negotiate all compensation with the hotel during the stay and not make
Experience Belize Tours Ltd. responsible for any financial compensation due to the overbooking situation.  
REFUNDS: Any claims for refunds must be made IN WRITING within 30 days of scheduled return. All negotiable vouchers
and/or transportation tickets must accompany the claim. No refunds will be made for features included in our itineraries that
travelers chose not to take part in. No refunds will be made for missing transfers or sightseeing tours due to changes or delays in
airline schedules. Experience Belize Tours Ltd. will not refund any money for changes in travel arrangements made by the
traveler after the departure date. Any service issue affecting the quality of the guest's hotel stay must be addressed directly with
the hotel's management at the time the issue arises since refunds cannot be given for such inconveniences. We cannot control
what properties charge at any time and therefore cannot guarantee our fares will always be lower. There are no refunds for
perceived overcharges. No guarantees or warranties express or implied, are made that the tour package will meet all of the
traveler's expectations. Local Airlines and hotels occasionally create overbooked conditions. These entities will compensate
passengers affected by overbooking. Our agency cannot be held responsible for these situations and will not refund moneys for
such situations since they are beyond our control. Passengers need to present and resolve their compensation issues to the
hotel or airline directly at the time the situation arises. We will not refund monies for dissatisfaction with the conditions of a
property, its rooms, facilities or services. Please take note that the lower the price the lower the quality.
CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE: All questions of law in any action based upon any claim of breach of this agreement shall be
determined in accordance with the laws of the Country of Belize as existing at the time of such action. Any action brought by
either party based on any claim arising under or as a result of this contract or based on the tour package of which it is a part,
shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the Country of Belize.
NOT INCLUDED:
- International flight to and from the Country of Belize. Passengers must arrange and pay for these on their own.
- Documentation: All travel documents are the responsibility of the passenger. A valid passport is required in most cases. U.S.
citizens do not need a visa when traveling to Belize.
- Additional expenses such as laundry, alcoholic beverages (except when included), baggage insurance, meals (except as
indicated in itineraries) or items of a personal nature.
- Hotel bellmen and chambermaid service.
- Tips and gratuities of any kind (except as indicated in itineraries).
RESPONSIBILITY: Experience Belize Tours Ltd, acts as a tour operator and agents for the passenger in regards to travel,
whether by, automobile, bus, van, plane, boat, or any other conveyance, and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss,
accident, delay or irregularity, which may be caused due to defect in any vehicle, acts of God, war, riots, or for any company or
person involved in conveying the passenger or in carrying out arrangements of the tour. We cannot accept any responsibility for
losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedules or other causes such as strikes. All such losses will be the
responsibility of the passenger. The right is reserved to make minor adjustments in the itinerary. The right is reserved to cancel
any tour prior to departure, in which case a full refund will constitute a full settlement of all liability. Experience Belize Tours
Ltd. is not responsible for any lost or damaged luggage before, during or after the tour program. The right is reserved to decline,
to accept, or retain any passenger as a member of the tour program. The issuance of vouchers or tickets shall be deemed to be
consent to the above conditions. All rates published in any venue are based on exchange rates and tariffs and are subject to
change. All taxes, gratuities and porter charges are subject to deletions, additions or changes without notice. These items are
not covered under the control of Experience Belize Tours Ltd, since changes in Government regulations and labor agreements
cannot always be anticipated in advance.
