How to make your bookings?

After receiving your inquiry, we will work out an ideal tour itinerary and
price with full understanding of your requirements (we might have to
ask you more questions). When it finally meets your satisfaction, it is
time for you to book your Belize tour with us. It is easy to book a tour
with Experience Belize Tours Ltd:

State in an email to us that you accept the tour itinerary and price we
provided (together with inclusions and exclusions).

Reservations and Payment
Please bear in mind the following:

  • We suggest you book your Belize tour at least 90 days before
    your arrival date, especially for the peak season of December
    and January. A deposit of 25% of the total payment is required
    to secure your reservation when you confirm your trip with us.
    The balance is to be paid in full no later than 45 days prior to
    your arrival in Belize
  • If the booking is made within 30 days prior to your visit to Belize,
    you are required to pay 50% of the total payment to secure your
    reservation when you confirm your trip with us. The balance is to
    be paid no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

  • If the booking is made within 15 days prior to your arrival in
    Belize, you are required to make the full payment.

How do you make your payments?

Every effort has been made to produce pricing information accurately.
We reserve the right to correct errors.

Once we receive your deposit we will make all the reservations
according to your itinerary within one week. We will send you a
confirmation letter when all the bookings are secured.
Next it is time for you to pack up and get ready for a most memorable
time in Belize.


Alteration, Cancellation, and Refunding
  • Alteration
We provide free service to modify your itinerary two times after you
confirm to book your tour. We do provide unlimited alteration to meet
your ultimate satisfaction, but from the third time after booking we
charge a $20 charge for every new modification.

  • Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your confirmed booking, but this must be done in
writing. Cancellation occurs after your confirmation to book the tour, or
if you fail to pay the full cost of the tour within the specified time, you
will be liable to pay cancellation charges.

Cancellation charges for Shore Excursions or One Day Tours are as
follows:
  • Reservations must be cancelled 10 days prior to your arrival
    date for a full refund less a 20% cancellation fee.
  • A 50% refund for cancellations up to 72 prior to arrival.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations under 72 hours prior to
    arrival date. No refunds for no-shows, early departures, late
    arrivals, unused portions of meals and activities, acts of God, or
    circumstances beyond the control of Experience Belize Tours
    Ltd.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS FOR TOUR PACKAGES:
  • For  a confirmed booking any change after confirmation has a fee of
    $50. If the change results in a cancellation of previously confirmed
    services, then the following cancellation penalties will apply.
  • If cancellation is received in writing by Experience Belize Tours Ltd. at
    least 30 days prior to departure, a full refund will be made, minus a
    $50.00 administrative charge plus the applicable supplier cancellation
    fees.
  • For cancellations received within 30 days of departure a 50%
    cancellation penalty will be imposed.
  • No refunds will be made 7 days prior to departure. Different
    cancellation penalties may apply during holiday periods.
  • Hotels, local airlines or other suppliers may have stricter cancellation
    penalties than those described above. In those cases, the customer
    will pay the penalties the suppliers impose to us. Holiday or New
    Year's deposits are non-refundable.
